Features Are Priced in KUs
During the scoping phase, every feature and deliverable in your project is assigned a Kairos Unit (KU) value. KUs represent the relative complexity and effort of each piece of work — think of them as a transparent, itemized breakdown of your entire project.
You Verify Every Line Item
Before we write a single line of code, you receive a full KU breakdown. You can review, ask questions, and adjust scope. Nothing moves forward until you've approved the complete picture.
PM & Delivery Fee Added
A project management and delivery fee is added transparently to the KU total. This covers your dedicated PM, quality assurance, deployment, and ongoing communication. No hidden fees.
Total Is Locked in Writing
KUs convert to a fixed total price that is locked in your project agreement before work begins. That number doesn't move unless you request a change order.
Change Orders Are Transparent
If you want to add scope mid-project, change orders are handled the same way — itemized, priced in KUs, reviewed and approved before any additional work begins.
